Increase blood flow, improve mood and alertness, regulate hormones and accelerate recovery with this all-in-one contrast pod. Twelve programmes allow individuals to choose from chilly cryotherapy sessions, soothing heated ones and rapid contrast bouts. Temperatures range from 4 – 60°C (39 – 140°F).

20 360° Vichy Shower Jets plus chilling misters and steamers move water around the body. The less predictable water flow increases alertness and stimulation.
Installation and maintenance
A handheld shower makes it easy to rinse and clean the system, reducing turnover time between sessions. Plumbing is required for installation.
